Mountain View serves lunch and dinner with varying dishes from barbeque plates to deli sandwiches and also offers event catering.  The restaurant focuses on a local theme with rubs and sauces prepared by local companies.  Some of the meats are rubbed with Jim Tabb’s pig powder and the sauces are Old Mule Brand made in Sunny View.

The majority of the dishes served are made from scratch including some of the best soups in the south.  The meats smoke all night on a specially designed rotisserie smoker that burns selected pieces of apple-wood. Mountain View proudly uses a Southern Pride .

Mountain View is owned and operated by lifelong Polk County residence Shane and Holly Blackwell.  Shane has devoted his entire professional career to the food service industry and welcomes you to stop by and enjoy the local flavor and fantastic food in his family oriented restaurant.
